About Me

Hi, I’m Bertie. I love cooking and enjoying life to the full.
After graduating from a very tough cookery college, I worked as a chef in different countries, including at Michelin starred restaurants, where I had the most interesting culinary experiences.
I was on stage with a famous chef host of a cut-throat cooking TV show and got to appear in the paper and on the telly.
I love to take part in cooking contests and work under pressure.
I am fully committed foodie and like nothing more than checking out great places to eat.
But what I love, above all else, is to make cooking simple and healthy and sharing it with you!
